Kit acknowledged the hesitation he felt toward moving to the City after spending the majority of his life living in rural and suburban settings.  For Kit, like many others, city living can be an intimidating or overwhelming adjustment. Despite his hesitation, in 2007 he took the plunge and moved into Baltimore and discovered he absolutely loved it; he’s lived there ever since.

What makes Federal Hill such a perfect location, and how does it compare to suburban lifestyles? Kit explains how there is always something to do, or someone to see: “Everything is less than a few minute commute including my work! Living in Federal Hill, I have access to hundreds of great restaurants and bars, quick access to Baltimore’s promenade which wraps around the inner Harbor, and too many social activities to count. There are always friends ready to get together with short notice for a bite to eat or catch a movie. City living is the best!”
